Anxiety can dominate your life. It can make you feel hopeless, alone, self-conscious and trapped. You may feel like no one knows or understands what you are feeling; but you are not on your own. Anxiety is the most common form of stress in the UK today. It affects at least 1 in 20 adults, affecting slightly more women than men and is most common in people in their 20s. Despite this, it can affect anyone.
